a short but great level good gameplay.
Im fighting the last boss to seriously
What do you use to record these videos?
-Difficulty: Ultra Violence- DED NOT A BIG SUPRISE
It says I will lie in bricks for the end of the ambush. Kinda creepy but I love doom. I played it in first grade
that was a real game, not the gay games these days.
Cheers. I finished the level. Just gotta get those rockets in exactly the right spot
You have to keep shooting the rockets in its brain till it completely dies. Maybe you were using free look and were shooting rockets from another angle? You have to get on the elevator and shoot it straight from there.
What is the key to passing this level? I've successfully put a rocket in the icon twice making it make the sound but now it no longer works. Do I need to kill a certain amount of enemies before I can kill the icon?
finally I know how to pass this level on my ps3 since i have Doom for ps1 and there's no trespassing walls cheat its harder
this map is not scary why ppl said that this map is scary ?
But if i really wanted to do back to the 90's which I have been planning on doing A day of ever since I made an archive of nostalgicgames I missed out on before the 90's I would go and dig out my old Windows 95 machine, ask my Dad for an old CRT monitor, an old PS2 keyboard and mouse not using the laser sensor of course and if I'm really lucky the old joystick. Those were the days :
If I wanted true authenticity I would mostly likely look into that Dosbox thing just so I can reminisce about the times when you needed MSDos to play Doom. But to be honest it's been well over 10 years since I last played Doom and Doom 2 that going back to the old controls and low reson a high res screen is very alien to me because in those 10+ years I've played so many games with the same controls that i really suck when I go back. But jumping, crouching looking updown is a sin in doom... -
I hate sourceports. They aren't the real thing. Aiming up or down, and jumping, is a form of cheating, because the stages weren't designed with the ability to jump. For an authentic doom experience on a sourceport, play Chocolate Doom.
I ended up using ZDoom to run it and it runs better then when I bought final Doom on steam.
Just buy doom and doom 2 on Steam. there 10 a piece, or just pay 100 for the Super id Software Collection. It's worth it.
0:08 in fact.
I doubt anyone knows the answer to my question, but here it is: You know this sound at 0:07 that we hear when a new monster is spawned, I've heard it many times throughout the years in commercials and movies where does it come from? Was it first composed for Doom?
